I have the same question 7. In this case it is often because Windows can't detect the Cojtroller chip properly and installs a generic USB3 driver that isn't fully compatible.

In their wisdom Intel asutek not provide a driver for win 10 because Windows has its own driver but strangely this device does not seem to find any driver for it, I tried to delete it, uninstall it, scan for hardware again just to end up with the same problem.
